HirudoGenesis Biotechnology Sdn Bhd (HG Biotech) was incorporated on 12th October 2002. Pioneered in local leech industry, HG Biotech has been prominent in breeding, marketing and manufacturing leeches and leech extract based product for almost 4 years.

In order to expand our potential, HG Biotech has identified pharmaceutical as an important area to venture in. Since its incorporation, HG Biotech is in the process of upgrading and modernizing its product and services through extensive research & development with six other Institutions of Higher Learning and Research Centre.

We are led by medical professionals who are experts in their own field. Our team consists of medical doctors, clinical entomologist, geneticist and consultants who had vast more than 10 years of experiences in their field.
